Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to ARNscope licences sold by Gulshan Yadav, India, and forms part of our Terms of Service. ARNscope is downloadable software; no physical goods are shipped.

Try before you buy

Every copy of ARNscope includes a free 14-day trial of the full app, with no payment card needed. We encourage you to use it to check the app works with your Mac and AWS accounts before buying.

Cancellation

• Before payment: you can leave checkout at any time; nothing is charged.
• Yearly licence: cancel the automatic renewal at any time from the link in your purchase email, or by emailing [email protected]. No further charges are made, and your licence keeps working until the end of the paid year. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date; we email a reminder 7 days before each renewal.
• Lifetime licence: a one-time payment with nothing to cancel. You can still ask for a refund within 14 days (below).

Refunds

• 14-day money-back: ask within 14 days of purchase, or within 14 days of a yearly renewal charge, and we refund the full amount. No reason needed.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges: always refunded in full, whenever you notice them.
• Defects: if the app does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the payment even after 14 days.
• After 14 days: otherwise, payments are not refundable, and part-used yearly licences are not refunded pro rata.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout, with your order number.
2. We confirm within 2 business days and deactivate the licence key.
3. The refund is sent to the original payment method. It usually reaches your account within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We refund in the currency you paid. We cannot refund to a different account or payment method than the one used for the purchase.
